Why You?

My offering is derived from over 30 years experience managing, training and advising small and medium sized businesses across a broad range of industries on both sides of the world. I also put my money where my mouth is and also run my own successful tourism business. So I walk the talk and really do understand what it takes to run a successful business.

The business value and services that result from this knowledge is unique, and my pricing structure reflects that flexibility.

Where are you based and how do we arrange travel?

Although I’m based in Queenstown, with today’s technology, long gone are the days of travelling to and from meetings. It’s now far more efficient (and therefore cost effective for you) to use video conferencing, with only occasional in person meetings, if or when required.

What do you cost?

I have a range of pricing options, from hourly, daily, weekly and monthly to more structured payment plans for projects that require a fixed or flat fee. What’s more important is what Value will I bring to your business? My goal is to pay for myself very quickly and prove that I’m worth keeping! I only work with a handful of businesses at any one time so that I’m able to guarantee a high commitment to your business success. Being able to prove my worth is why I often end up working with those clients over many years.

What will you do for me?

Great question, yet the answer totally depends on “What do you need me to do for you?”. Every business is different and every business owner is different. I personalise everything I do to your scenario so you only pay for exactly what you need me to do, with zero wasted time and effort.
